We made this TV commercial for a Fort Lauderdale law firm. TV advertising for attorneys is very highly regulated by the Florida Bar Association. The restrictions have become more strict since the time this commercial was produced. Lawyers need to be aware of the restrictions imposed by the Florida Bar Association. As of the time we have posted this video the Bar now requires that a script be submitted first and that must later be followed by submitting a copy of the finished commercial.

Attorneys in Florida have to be careful with phrases like "we can help you" and "we will help you" and instead must use phrases that don't imply a promise that the desired results will be achieved.
